CONSTITUTION: An active layer is interposed between a first type semiconductor layer and a second type semiconductor layer. A plurality of micro cone type grooves(162) are formed on a light extraction surface. The light extraction surface is formed on one surface of the first type semiconductor layer or the second type semiconductor layer. At least one sub micro cone(164) is formed on the other light extraction surface. At least one micro cone type groove has the sub micro cone on the bottom surface.
