PURPOSE: A potable water supplying apparatus is provided to prevent the secondary damage including a short circuit due to water leakage, an electric shock, and a fire. CONSTITUTION: A potable water supplying apparatus comprises a leakage detection means(100). A leakage detection means comprises a drain-pan accessory(110A) and a water leakage sensor(120). The drain-pan accessory is installed in a housing(H) and has a slope(111a). The leakage detection means is installed at a slope of the drain-pan accessory, especially at the lowest point of the slope. The water leakage sensor has a PCB(121) and a sensing accessory(123) mounted on it and is installed reversely with arranging the PCB at top part and the sensing accessory at bottom part.
