PURPOSE: A number portability interconnection system, an interconnection method thereof, an NPDB(Number Portability Data Base) driving device, and a driving method thereof are provided to integrally perform appropriate number portability call process according to a subscription type of a number portability subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A number portability subscriber DB(120) stores number portability information including a number field about wired communication number portability or a number field about mobile communication number portability. The number portability subscriber DB determines number portability about a receiving terminal based on the number portability information, identifies and transmits the number portability information corresponding to subscriber type information about a wired communication subscriber or a mobile communication subscriber if the receiving terminal is a number portability terminal. A calling exchange system(140) inquires number portability of the receiving terminal to the number portability subscriber DB and selectively performs a number portability method according to the subscriber type information or number portability information received from the number portability subscriber DB.
