PURPOSE: A transmission management method of a text message and e-mail and a device thereof are provided to prevent fraud damage of receivers by enabling a receiver to confirm a transmitter based on registration information included in the text message and the e-mail. CONSTITUTION: A service management unit(121) inquires and manages registration information of a transmitter based on a certificate used for connection of a transmitter terminal. An OTP(One-Time Password) number generator(123) generates an OTP number. An e-mail management unit(124) is in charge of writing of e-mail. An e-mail transmission unit(125) inserts the registration information of the transmitter and the OTP number into the e-mail and transmits the same to a receiver terminal. A text message management unit(127) is in charge of the writing of a text message. A text message transmission unit(128) inserts the registration information of the transmitter and the OTP number into the text message and transmits the same to the receiver terminal.
