PURPOSE: A defect inspection device for vibration-noise correction is provided to relieve vibration-noise signals on a product image and to maintain defective signals to be intact, thereby improving the discrimination of the defective signals. CONSTITUTION: A defect inspection device(100) for vibration noise correction comprises an image acquisition unit(102) and an image extension unit(104). The image acquisition unit acquires images of a product on a sheet transferred to a fixed direction. The image extending unit extends the image acquired by the image acquisition unit to a longitudinal direction of the product on the sheet. The image extending unit divides the image acquired by the image acquisition unit into a plurality of regions and extends the images so that the horizontal length of each divided region is identical to the horizontal length of the acquired image.
