PURPOSE: An austenite-based low nickel alloy cast iron is provided to have abrasion resistance and mechanical properties by controlling the component of alloy such as silicon, aluminum, and chrome to have non-magnetism because the intensity of magnetization and coercive force are low. CONSTITUTION: An austenite-based low nickel alloy cast iron is composed of 2.5-3.0 wt.% of carbon, 3.0-4.0 wt.% of silicon, 0.5-1.0 wt.% of chrome, 5.5-7.0 wt.% of nickel, 6.0-8.0 wt.% of manganese, and the rest of iron and inevitable impurities and is nonmagnetic.
