PURPOSE: A controlling method of charging and discharging a battery for a hybrid vehicle is provided to have excellent controlling effect of current SOC balance. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method of charging and discharging a battery for a hybrid vehicle comprises a step of sensing a battery sensing a battery energy level(S10); a step of circulating a first acceptable power capable of charging and discharging a sensed energy level by the battery sensing step(S20); a step of initial charging and discharging(S30) controlling charging and discharging of a battery based on the first acceptable power; a step of circulating a second acceptable power capable of charging and discharging, based on energy level at charging and discharging a battery(S40); and a step of final charging and discharging, variably charging and discharging the battery according to the first acceptable power and the second acceptable power. [Reference numerals] (1) Calculate first acceptable power based on SOC; (2) Calculate second acceptable power based on current battery; (AA) Start; (BB) Resetting final acceptable power by setting Min value of first and second acceptable power; (CC) Min(1 : charging acceptable power. 2: battery discharging limitation power); (DD) Min(1 : discharging acceptable power. 2: battery charging limitation power); (EE) Control SOC balance based on set charging/discharging acceptable power; (FF) Is turned off?; (GG) No; (HH) Yes; (II) End; (S10) Battery detection step(monitoring current SOC value); (S20) First calculation step; (S30) Initial charging and discharging control step; (S40) Second calculation step; (S50) Final charging and discharging control step |
