<p>PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a control method of the same are provided to accurately display a plurality of items provided through a touch screen without considering intensity of a touch operation which restricts a size of the touch screen and scrolls the plurality of items. CONSTITUTION: A control unit displays a plurality of items on a touch screen(S110). The control unit receives firs touch input scrolling the plurality of items to a first direction(S120). When one area of one or more items is overlapped with an edge of the touch screen and an overlapped area is displayed in a terminated time point of a scrolling operation, the control unit controls display of the plurality of items in order that the overlapped area is not existed(S130-S150).
