PURPOSE: A power control system is provided to stably and rapidly control the voltage frequency and DC(Direct Current) voltage of a station supplying power from an HVDC(High-Voltage Direct Current) system to load and to also control the station supplying the power so as to stably maintain the amount of supplied power without external influence. CONSTITUTION: A power control method of a first station and a second station which are connected with each other by using a DC link comprises the steps of: converting(310) a first power to DC by receiving the first power from electrical power system by a first station; measuring(320) the frequency of a second power generated by converting the first power to AC(Alternating Current) by a second station; determining the second power of the second station based on the measured frequency of second power; storing(340) a part of first power in a power storage device according to the amount of the determined second power; supplying the stored power in the power storage device to the second station as a supplement power according to the amount of determined second power; and receiving and additionally converting the supplied power by the second station into the AC second power and supplying(360) the converted second power to load.
