摘要 PURPOSE: A carbon nitrogen complex addition austenitic stainless steel with an excellent low temperature brittleness and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to comprise a nitrogen(N) to carbon(C) ratio(C/N ratio) to 0.5 through 1.0 and have a low ductile-brittle transition temperature; thereby having an excellent low temperature brittleness. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nitrogen complex addition austenitic stainless steel with excellent low temperature brittleness comprises the followings: 15 to 20weight% of chrome(Cr), 8 to 12weight% of manganese(Mn); lower than 3weight% of nickel(Ni); a total content(C+N) of 0.5 to 1.0weight% of carbon(C) and nitrogen(N); remainder of iron(Fe); and the unavoidable impurity. A ratio(C/N ratio) of the carbon(C) to the nitrogen(N) is 0.5 through 1.5. A ratio(C/N ratio) of the carbon(C) to the nitrogen(N) is 0.5 through 1.0.
