PURPOSE: A low cost small capacity variable regulator is provided to change an input voltage into a predetermined output voltage using a transistor, a resistance and a zener diode without a regulator IC(Integrated Circuit). CONSTITUTION: A first transistor(Q1) proportionally varies an output voltage of a power output terminal according to a variable base voltage. A second transistor(Q2) generates a change of the output voltage by varying the base voltage of the first transistor by currents which flow in a base terminal of the second transistor. A resistance group distributes the output voltage and regulates a value of the currents flowing in the base terminal of the second transistor. The resistance group includes a first resistance(R1) and a second resistance(R2).
