PURPOSE: Cheongukjang containing supplejack roots is provided to remove toxicity such as mercury, nickel, and cadmium, and to prevent constipation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Cheongukjang containing supplejack roots comprises a step of mixing 7 wt% of supplejack roots into 93 wt% of ocher water, boiling the mixture for 4-5 hours, and generating extraction solution; a step of mixing 33 wt% of mill, grain, and grain of barley into 67 wt% of the supplejack roots extraction solution, and soaking the same for 4-5 hours; a step of putting 11 wt% of steaming 11 wt% of mill, 11 wt% of grain, and 11 wt% of grain of barley for 3-4 hours; a step of fermenting the same at 45-50°C while maintaining humidity of 70-80 %; a step of drying the same at 100°C drier for 12 hours, and pulverizing the same to form powder.
