NOUVEAU PROCEDE D'OBTENTION DE DELTA-VINIFERINE, ET COMPOSITIONS COSMETIQUES ET/OU PHARMACEUTIQUES EN CONTENANT

Dermatological and/or cosmetic composition comprises an active ingredient including delta -viniferin, which is mixed with an excipient or a non-toxic inert vehicle. ACTIVITY : Antiinflammatory; Dermatological. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Cyclooxygenase-1 inhibitor; Cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor. The ability of the composition to inhibit cyclooxygenase-2 was tested using cyclooxygenase inhibitor screening assay kit. The result showed that the percentage of inhibition was 68% at 4.3 mM.
