<p>The present invention relates to a white balance adjustment method. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring maximum spectral stimulus values and minimum spectral stimulus values of a color coordinate system: Xmax, Ymax, and Zmax as well as X0, Y0 and Z0, and spectral stimulus values of grayscales of red, green, and blue colors; converting the maximum spectral stimulus values into maximum color stimulus values; converting the maximum color stimulus values into hue and chromaticity; calculating intermediate spectral stimulus values Y1 to Ymax-1 of Y; calculating spectral stimulus values of intermediate grayscales of X and Z; determining spectral stimulus values of grayscales of the red, green, and blue colors in a white field, and the corresponding number of grayscales. In the white balance adjustment method of the present invention, a brightness variation accords with a grayscale index variation, and the hue and chromaticity of white color points of all the grayscales are fixed, so as to adjust the white field.</p> |
