<p>PURPOSE: A decorative molded article manufacturing device and a decorative molded article manufacturing method using the same are provided to stably and conveniently manufacture a material sheet formed of a PP material in which a color dye is mixed without using a PVC material. CONSTITUTION: A decorative molded article manufacturing device comprises a body(100), a heating device(300), a molding unit(400), and a cooling device(500). The body includes a fixing plate where a material sheet is placed. The heating device includes an upper plate and a heating plate. The heating device applies heat to the material sheet on the top surface of the fixing plate. The molding unit processes the material sheet heated by the heating device into a shape desired to form. The cooling device cools the material sheet formed into a shape of a decorative molded article. A protective plate(130) is arranged in the upper part of the body.
