PURPOSE: A mold device for a casting quality test is provided to look into cooling property classified by thickness with one casting test, and to reduce cost by an individual manufacture of sample testing device conveniently and rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A mold device for a casting quality test comprises: a mold unit (30) comprising an upper mold and an lower mold to be separated from each other; and a sample frame unit (12,22,34) formed in a way the molten casting can be filled in the mold unit. The sample frame unit is formed in a structure of successively arranging sample space segments which differentiate their height according to the thickness of the sample.
