PURPOSE: A UV curable hard-coating composition is provided to improve productivity, thereby having excellent physical property such as scratch resistance, staining resistance, and flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A UV-curable hard-coating composition comprises 1-10 wt% of a reactive polyfunctional acrylate oligomer, 10-50 wt% of a polyfunctional acrylate monomer, 10-30 wt% of a bifunctional acrylate monomer, 20-50 wt% of a monofunctional (meth)acrylate monomer, 1-15 wt% of a photopolymerization initiator, and 0.01-2 wt% of a leveling agent, and does not contain solvent which is a volatile organic compound. The leveling agent is polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane.
