PURPOSE: A cutting blade cooling apparatus cover of a concrete dry cutter is provided to cool a cutting blade of the concrete dry cutter by spraying a small amount of water at 1-2L per hour through a fine hole which is on the lower end of the rear side of the cutting blade that turns counterclockwise; where some water is scattered to cool the cutting blade, and the rest of water is discharged through gaps among concrete cut grooves. CONSTITUTION: A cutting blade cooling apparatus cover of a concrete dry cutter is made by making a left side groove and a right side groove to be symmetrical with each other to be directed from top to bottom on the rear side of a cooling apparatus cover inlet(9), and then by inserting a partition plate, which is made by converting a brush or a steel sheet into a∩shape, into the left and right side grooves. An water outlet with the same thickness as the thickness of an injection nozzle is installed by being fitted into a lower end fixing hook groove on the rear side of the cooling apparatus cover, so that water is sprayed through the outlet at 1-2L per hour by a 50w submersible motor(16) onto the lower end of the rear side of a reversely rotating cutting blade(3) to cool the cutting blade.
