<p>[Problem] To make it possible to keep a constant positional relationship between imaging regions of two imaging units even when the distance to the subject is different. [Solution] The invention is provided with an insertion unit (11) inserted into the interior of an observation target, a first imaging unit (13) and second imaging unit (14) provided side by side to a distal end (12) of the insertion section, and a control unit (21) for generating a three-dimensional image from images captured by the first imaging unit and the second imaging unit. The first imaging unit is provided so that the angle of incline of the optical axis can be altered, so as to allow an imaging region to be moved along the direction of arraying of the first imaging unit and second imaging unit. In particular, the invention is provided with an angle operation unit (28) by which a user carries out an operation for changing the angle of incline of the optical axis of the first imaging unit, and an angle adjustment mechanism (16) for altering the angle of incline of the optical axis of the first imaging unit in accordance with the operation of the angle operation unit.</p> |
