#CMT# #/CMT# The arm (100) has nozzles (131, 132) for discharging spray jet when fluid (190) i.e. water, flows through the arm, and a plate-shaped flow barrier arranged in an inner side of the arm in front of the nozzles with respect to a flow direction of the fluid. The flow barrier is formed such that a sequence of flow swirls is produced when the fluid flows through the arm, where the spray jet has a temporally changing spray direction.
