PURPOSE: A 3D TV output mode conversion according to a wearing state of 3D TV eyeglasses is provided to improve inconvenience setting a 2D mode or a 3D mode using a remote controller by a user. CONSTITUTION: A 2D/3D conversion unit(108) converts contents from a 2D mode to a 3D mode. If all wearing state data are recognized as wearing, a control unit(104) outputs contents to a display unit(118) in a 3D mode through a 3D display system(116). All the wearing state data are recognized as temporarily unable to use, the control unit outputs the contents to the display unit in a 2D mode through a 2D display system(114).
