PURPOSE: A book-binding machine is provided to reduce fatigue of workers, and to shorten the work time, thereby improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A book-binding machine comprises: a main body (100); a clamping device arranged on the top part of the main body to be rotated, and clamping multiple pages of inner papers (20) and a bookbinding cover (10); a rotary means rotating the clamping device with a driving force; an upper case (200) arranged with an adhesive roller (710) coating an adhesive, and separately fixed on the upper side of the main body; and a polishing unit (300) having a polishing roller (310) forming scratches on the edge of the inner papers when moving, and arranged in front of the upper case to be moved to the right and left.
