SOLUTION: The invention comprises identification of gene products expressed in a tumor related mode and nucleic acids encoding the same, identified tumor related antigens or fragments or derivatives of the same, nucleic acids encoding the same, and nucleic acids encoding the nucleic acids, or use of the antibodies against the tumor related antigens, or fragments or derivatives of the same identified through the invention, for treatment and diagnosis.
