<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pericardial fluid level control system for preferably securing the visual field of an endoscopic image without causing cardiac tamponade. <P>SOLUTION: The pericardial fluid level control system 101 includes: a sheath 11 inserted into pericardium C; pumps 1 and 2 for supplying and discharging a liquid into the sheath 11; electrocardiographic electrodes 7a and 7b for detecting electrocardiac information; and a pump controlling device 5 for controlling the pumps 1 and 2 so that the fluid is supplied into the pericardium C through the sheath 11 when a heart B is contracted, and the fluid is discharged from the pericardium C through the sheath 11 when the heart B is dilated, synchronizing with the cardiac information detected by the electrocardiographic electrodes 7a and 7b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
