<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controller of a vibration motor capable of suppressing increase in power consumption without providing current detection means, while preventing the power supply capacity from being exceeded to make the drive controller inoperative. <P>SOLUTION: The drive controller of a vibration motor for driving the motor in a target state by changing the drive frequency of an AC voltage being applied includes control means for determining the drive frequency on the basis of a phase difference detected by phase difference detection means, a predetermined phase difference and the allowable range of power consumption. The control means is configured to add or subtract the drive frequency so as to fall within the allowable range of power consumption when the predetermined phase difference is exceeded, and to subsequently control the drive frequency not to go below the lowest frequency in a frequency range where the drive frequency thus changed is used for driving. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
