<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply socket easy to be assembled with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply socket is structured by fitting a terminal/fuse assembly 3 into a cylindrical metal inner case 30. The terminal/fuse assembly 3 disposes a terminal 6 penetrating a bottom wall 42 of a housing formed by a resin cover plate 50 and a fuse box 40, a fuse 60, and a contact point disk 58 stacking one over the others. The fuse 60 comprises a fusible element 65 at a tongue piece extending inwardly from a ring part at the circumference of an elastic conductive plate 61, part of the ring part being upwardly supported by the terminal 6. Since the contact point disk 58, which is contacting the elastic conductive plate 61 by the supporting part, downwardly presses the fusible element 65, the tongue piece contacts the terminal 6, thus from the contact point disk 58 to the terminal 6 becomes conductive. When the fusible element 65 is melted by overheating, the tongue piece loses contact with the terminal 6, and the conductivity is blocked. A hole 52 is arranged on an upper wall 51 of the cover plate 50, the contact point disk 58 becoming a first contact point, and the inner case 30 becoming the second contact point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
