<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fluid leakage by more simply managing a fastening method. <P>SOLUTION: A seal device 1 at a connection portion for making flow paths communicate with each other by making connection surfaces in which connection ports of the flow paths into which fluids flow abut on each other. The seal device includes: a plate-like member 2 disposed between the connection surfaces and having through-holes 4 communicating with the connection ports; and a seal member 3 protruded from both surfaces of the plate-like member 2, disposed in the through-holes 4, deformed to be held between the connection surfaces, constrained by the plate-like member 2, and adhering to the connection surfaces to enclose the connection ports. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
