<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared radiation application device capable of increasing bond strength between components included in the infrared radiation application device. <P>SOLUTION: An infrared radiation application device 10 includes: a substrate 1 having an opening 1aa; a window material 2 that transmits infrared radiation and blocks the opening 1aa; and a bonding material 3 bonding a substrate 1 side and a window material 2 side. The window material 2 of the infrared radiation application device 10 has a metal layer 4 abutting on the bonding material 3. The bonding material 3 is an oxide glass composed of plural kinds of metal oxides. The metal material of the metal layer 4 has lower oxide generation free energy than a metal element in at least one metal oxide of the plural kinds of metal oxides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
