<p>Disclosed is machining equipment for continuous metal casting, comprising: a furnace for conditioning liquid metal to meet the required conditions; a tundish for holding liquid metal conditioned by the furnace; a crystallizer (1) for receiving liquid metal from the tundish and solidifying the liquid metal into a metal blank; a withdrawal and straightening machine (2) for withdrawing the metal blank from the crystallizer and straightening same; a shearing apparatus directly provided downstream of the withdrawal and straightening machine and used to shear the metal blank exiting the withdrawal and straightening machine; and a die forging apparatus or a roll forging apparatus or a perforating apparatus, directly provided downstream of the shearing apparatus, and used to directly perform die forging or roll forging on the sheared metal blank to shape same into a product of the required size and shape, or to perforate the blank to form a seamless tube. The invention also relates to a machining method for continuous metal casting.</p> |
