TRINUCLEAR PLATINUM COMPLEX HAVING Y-SHAPED STRUCTURE AND TARGETING PROPERTY THEREOF FOR HUMAN GASTRIC ADENOCARCINOMA CELLS

Disclosed are a trinuclear platinum complex having a Y-shaped structure, a preparation method thereof, and application thereof in preparing a drug for treating human gastric adenocarcinoma. The complex is prepared through self-assembly of a platinum ligand [Pt(NH3)2Cl(NO3)]) with the chlorine ion being replaced by the nitrate and a bridging ligand (2,4,6-tri(pyridin-4-yl)-1,3,5-triazine). The preparation method is simple and easy to implement, is low in cost, can be implemented in common chemical laboratories, and does not pollute the environment during production. The complex can specifically recognize human gastric adenocarcinoma cells, induce the G-rich sequence of the oncogene to form a G-quadruplex structure, and suppress telomerase activity, and has high anti-human-gastric-adenocarcinoma activity.
