PURPOSE: A heat treatment apparatus of a directional electric steel sheet is provided to form a chamfer part with a fixed inclination on edges of a support unit(a lower part brick), and to round the edges, thereby preventing crack and damage of the lower part brick beforehand which are generated under high temperature environment. CONSTITUTION: A heat treatment apparatus of a directional electric steel sheet comprises a base plate(100), an inner cover(200), and a support unit(500). The inner cover has the edge of the lower part which is combined with the edge of the base plate to surround a coil. The support unit is formed with a chamfer part(C) on the edges, and supports the lower part of the base plate. The support unit comprises multiple support pieces(510,520) which are separately arranged to support the base plate. Each support piece comprises an upper support (500a), a lower support (500b), and an elastic spring(540). The upper support supports the lower part of the base plate. The lower support is separated from the lower part of the upper support, and supported by the bottom surface of an annealing furnace. The elastic spring elastically connects a gap between the upper support and the lower support.
