PURPOSE: An SNS-based mentoring service system and a method thereof are provided to perform mentoring by using various mentoring tools suggested as a mentor by requesting the mentor or a mentee according to each user. CONSTITUTION: A user performs membership process through a user terminal. The user registers a mentor or a mentee through the user terminal. The user registers an interesting field as the mentor and sets a period and a goal. The user collects mentees through the user terminal and performs mentoring by using mentoring tools. The user performs the mentoring as the mentor and donates money to the mentees.
