<p>Disclosed is a priority reselection assessment method, comprising: reading system information, the system information comprising GSM cell information, a network permission flag and a specific threshold; after starting measurement of a TD-SCDMA serving cell, measuring related cells according to the measurement result, the specific threshold and the GSM cell information; screening GSM candidate cells according to the measurement result of the related cells and the network permission flag; and performing priority reselection assessment on the cell selected from the candidate cells. The present invention further provides a priority reselection assessment system. The technical solutions of the present invention prevent the terminal from initiating reselection on an invalid cell.</p> |
