PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aramid raw cord is provided to prevent hairiness in aramid raw yarn by minimizing the friction between the aramid multifilament and a guide of a twisting machine. CONSTITUTION: Aramid raw cord is manufactured by twisting aramid multifilament in a twisting machine. The aramid multifilament is plied by equipping a guide(2) of which friction coefficient is 0.25 or less on the twisting machine. The driving guide is a self-rotating roller. The microprojections are formed on the surface of the driving guide. The driving guide is made of one or more selected between chromium oxide and ceramic. The driving guide is equipped between an aramid multifilament bobbin(1) and a supply roller(3). |
