PURPOSE: A bus stop information collecting system is provided to include an information collecting device and a server, thereby enabling a manager to remotely monitor an emergency situation occurring to a passenger in a bus stop or to the bus stop. CONSTITUTION: A sunlight absorbing panel installed in a roof frame of a bus stop absorbs sunlight and generates power. A chair generates heat by using the power generated by the sunlight absorbing panel. A bus stop stand supplies a charging function using the power generated by the sunlight absorbing panel and displays bus arriving schedule information. A sensor(300) installed in the bus stop stand delivers location information or an emergency signal to a bus stop managing server(500) or an emergency center when an emergency situation occurs at the bus stop.
