PURPOSE: A signal transmission and reception method between a base station and a relay node in a user-antenna wireless communication system is provided to transmit and receive a signal between the base station and the relay node by transmitting a DL(DownLink) grant transmitted to each relay node to one antenna port. CONSTITUTION: A communication device assigns one or more antenna ports to one or more relay nodes(RN1,RN2) and maps each DL grant signal for one or more relay nodes to a resource area corresponding to the assigned antenna port.
