PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode lamp which can obtain wider light distribution and emission intensity in the lamp length direction and also can radiate heat efficiently, resulting in extended service life.

SOLUTION: A light-emitting diode lamp 20 comprises a light-emitting diode unit 10 having light-emitting diodes 11 mounted on the side face of a prismatic support member 13 and a cylindrical glass bulb 21 which contains the light-emitting diode unit 10 therein and has a prescribed bulb diameter. Assuming that when a width w on one side face of the support member 13 is fixed to a prescribed width and a distance Δk from the center of the one side face of the support member 13 to the inner surface of the bulb is fixed to a prescribed distance, the cross section of the prismatic support member 13 is a polygon formed with equal angles n, the n is a value which allows the light-emitting diode unit 10 to be disposed inside the cylindrical bulb having the prescribed bulb diameter and is the one obtained from the prescribed bulb diameter, the prescribed width and the prescribed distance.
