<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease supply method for an injection molding machine capable of more properly supplying grease in an actual state as compared with a case supplying the grease by counting a molding cycle to judge an apparent grease supply period, without wasting the grease. <P>SOLUTION: When the grease sent under pressure from a grease pump is supplied to a ball-screw mechanism of the injection molding machine, the number of times becoming a set value or above over the set time in the centrifugal force acting on the surface of the ball-screw of the ball-screw mechanism is counted and, when the sum total number of times reaches the grease supply set number of times, the grease pump is started to supply a predetermined amount of the grease from a quantitative valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
