<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant fertilizer that comprises as raw materials, non-toxic edible vegetable fat and non-toxic food additive, shows excellent preventive and protective effect against diseases and injurious insects that horticultural plants suffer from, and further exhibits a fertilizer effect abundant in a nutritional value. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to: a mixed liquid, a mixed powder or a mixed grain comprising an edible vegetable fat and a salt; a mixed liquid, a mixed powder or a mixed grain comprising the edible vegetable fat and a vinegar; or a mixed liquid, a mixed powder or a mixed grain comprising the edible vegetable fat, the salt, and the vinegar. A mineral and vitamin B12 can be added to a plant fertilizer. A wood vinegar, a bamboo vinegar, and a chaff vinegar are used as the vinegar.
