<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet ejection head, a liquid cartridge and an image forming apparatus which can strike a balance between liquid droplet ejection characteristics and hygroscopicity resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid droplet ejection head 1 includes: nozzles 6 ejecting liquid droplet; a pressurized liquid chamber 5 storing the liquid inside and communicated with the nozzles 6; a vibration plate 2a arranged to be laminated on the pressurized liquid chamber 5; and an actuator means such as a piezoelectric actuator 2 which contacts the opposite surface to the side of the pressurized liquid chamber of the vibration plate 2a and has a vibration generation means such as a piezoelectric element 2b for vibrating the vibration plate 2a. Moreover, the liquid droplet ejection head includes a moisture absorption prevention membrane 22 deposited by an LP-CVD method or an ALD method on the outermost layer contacting the liquid in the pressurized liquid chamber of the vibration plate 2a or the second layer from the outermost layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
