<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the reliability and efficiency by reducing a gap of a second scribe area. CONSTITUTION: A dummy pattern(200) is formed on one side of a substrate(100). A first conductive layer(300) is formed on the substrate and the dummy pattern. A light absorption layer(400) is formed on the first conductive layer. A buffer layer(500) and a window layer(600) are formed on the light absorption layer.</p> |
