PURPOSE: A building energy analyzing system using an energy prediction model and a method thereof are provided to eliminate the inconvenience of manually inputting many design variables for building energy analysis by recognizing the behavior of modeling a building as the input behavior of the design variables. CONSTITUTION: An energy prediction model database(120) stores energy analysis results corresponding to design variable combinations of a standard building. A modeling module(130) models an energy analysis target building by a request of a user terminal. An analyzing unit(110) generates an energy analysis result of the building corresponding to a design variable combination of the building by using the design variable combinations and reference energy analysis result information.
