PURPOSE: A device to install a side airbag for a vehicle is provided to improve effect for protecting a passenger by spreading an airbag cushion to a front side of a seatback through inducing the spreading direction of the airbag cushion to a cutting groove of a seat pad in the lateral collision. CONSTITUTION: A device to install a side airbag for a vehicle comprises an inner frame(31), an airbag bracket(32), and an outer bracket(33). The inner frame is positioned in the lateral surface of an airbag module(20) and blocks a space between a seat pad(12) and a seatback frame(11). The airbag bracket is connected to the airbag module and is fixed to the inner frame. The outer bracket is positioned to the outdoor of the airbag module and both ends contact with the inner frame.
