<p>The objective of the present invention is to enhance accuracy of pattern-matching. This dictionary learning device (1) has a score calculation unit (score calculation means) (2) and a learning unit (learning means) (3). The score calculation unit (2) calculates a matching score indicating a similarity degree between a sample pattern, which is a sample of a pattern in pattern-matching, and a degraded pattern which is obtained by subjecting the sample pattern to degradation processing. The learning unit (3) learns a quality dictionary on the basis of the calculated matching score and the degraded pattern, said quality dictionary being used in processing for evaluating the degradation state of a pattern to be subjected to pattern-matching. The dictionary learning device (1), by using the learned (generated) quality dictionary to evaluate the deterioration state (quality) of the pattern to be subjected to pattern-matching, is capable of acquiring a quality evaluation result that takes into consideration the pattern-matching.</p> |
