<p>[Problem] To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor in which it is possible to reduce leak current. [Solution] This solid electrolytic capacitor is characterized in being provided with a positive electrode (1), a dielectric layer (2) formed on the positive electrode (1), and a solid electrolyte layer (3) formed on the dielectric layer (2), the solid electrolyte layer (3) containing a valve metal oxide (20). It is preferable that the solid electrolyte layer contain a valve metal salt in addition to the valve metal oxide (20). The valve metal oxide (20) is preferably vanadium pentoxide.</p> |
