METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DOCUMENTATION OF DIGITAL ARCHIVES

The present application provides a method and a system for documentation of digital archives, comprising: a client performing archive-code conversion on a digital archive, to obtain a unique archive code; the client uploading the archive code and information about a first property corresponding to the client to a server, which information about the first property includes information about the user of the client and information about the geological position thereof; a server loading the archive code and the information about the first property received with information about a second property which includes the time information when the server receives the archive code, to form a coded archive, and storing the coded archive into a database for coded archives in the server; wherein when the content of the digital archive changes, the content of the archive code is also changed accordingly.
