PURPOSE: A rotary shaft structure is provided to strengthen a sheet without putting the sheet upright in an accurate angle, and to prevent over RPM. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft structure which prevents over RPM comprises: a rotation core (10) with a hooking protrusion at the outer surface; a damping member (20) which is coupled to a housing at the other end, lowers rotation speed of the rotation core, and reduces rotational shock; and the housing (30) with a core receiving part which receives a part forming the hooking protrusion among the rotation cores. The core receiving part has a rib having a hooking groove in which the hooking protrusion is placed, and a stopper which suppresses rotation.
