PURPOSE: A method, a device and related equipment for controlling access to an out-of-band source to combine with reliable content are provided to rely on out-of-band content to be combined with other reliable content of communication equipment. CONSTITUTION: A control device(D) is accessed to an out-of-band source(N1) for supplying out-of-band content and includes a security unit(SM) arranged for access control. The control device accesses a management source(N2) for supplying reliable content and is combined with communication equipment(CE) combined with the out-of-band source. The control device includes security data defining out-of-band content allowing combination with reliable content from the communication equipment. The control device commands the security unit to perform content related policy execution when receiving a transmission request message on a communication path(TP). The control device transmits the out-of-band content to the communication equipment through the communication path when the selected out-of-band content is suitable for the execution policy.
