PURPOSE: A measurement device for circuit tests is provided to improve the convenience of testing and reduce the problems of power noise by supplying power to a circuit test board without a built-in power supply from the measuring device. CONSTITUTION: A display part(110) displays power values capable of being supplied to a circuit test board. A selection part(120) selects a power value required for the current circuit test board among the power values based on an implemented interface of the display part. A measurement characteristic determination part(130) determines the electrical characteristics to be measured on the circuit test board. A power control part(140) controls the power of a built-in or attached power supply based on the determined electrical characteristics and the selected power value. A power supply part(150) supplies power to the circuit test board from the power supply. A measurement terminal(160) receives electrical signals from the circuit test board.
