FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be applied to determine the state of tooth enamel surface. Dosed drop of liquid is applied on tooth surface. When equilibrium of interaction of liquid with tooth enamel surface is established, angle of wetting, used to make conclusion about tooth enamel surface, is measured. In order to determine hygienic state of tooth enamel angle of wetting of non-cleaned enamel surface is measured. Enamel surface is cleaned and angle of wetting is re-measured. Conclusion of hygienic state of tooth enamel is made on the basis of change of angle of wetting. In order to determine initial stage of demineralisation, several cleaned teeth are examined and if angle of wetting on tooth decreases, conclusion about initial stage of demineralisation on said tooth is made. In order to determine functional resistance of hard tooth tissues to caries measurement of angle of wetting is carried out on preliminarily cleaned tooth. After that, tooth surface is processed with buffer solution with pH 2.0-5.8. Angle of wetting is measured. Degree of angle of wetting decrease is used to make conclusion about the level of tooth resistance to caries.EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine state of tooth enamel surface due to comparison of angles of wetting of dosed drop of liquid, obtained before and after impact on tooth enamel.4 cl, 1 dwg, 3 ex |
